What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 12 noon and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be arranged, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included with selected room rates. Your room card and booking summary will clearly show whether breakfast is part of your stay.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We can arrange private transfer between Sayak Airport and the resort. Please send your flight details at least 24 hours before arrival.
Is the resort family-friendly?
Yes. Our Family Beach Villa accommodates up to four guests, and our team can help arrange child-friendly meals and activities.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible rates may be changed or cancelled up to seven days before arrival. Promotional rates can have different terms, shown before booking.
Do you allow pets?
Small pets may be accepted in selected villas with advance approval. Additional cleaning fees and house rules apply.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villas and common areas. Island connectivity can occasionally vary.
